Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The process starts with a message — not a label.
- Contact us first. Send your order number and reason for return through the contact form.
- Get return authorization (RMA). Returns cannot be processed without prior authorization.
- Ship to the designated return location. Once approved, we'll send the exact return destination and instructions in our reply.
Items should be returned clean and drained, with all included components. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns; if your unit is defective or arrived damaged, contact us first and we'll confirm next steps.
1-Year Hardware Warranty
Your SHIVURR Core is covered by a 1-year hardware warranty, backed by the manufacturer, against defects in the compressor, digital controller, circulation pump, and electrical components under normal use. Damage from misuse or unauthorized modification is not covered.
Warranty claims
Contact us through the contact form with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video when possible. We'll confirm the issue and walk you through the resolution.
