SHIVURR Recovery manufactures and distributes consumer athletic recovery equipment, portable ice bath tubs, and recirculating water chillers. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SHIVURR water chillers are precision electrical refrigeration appliances operating on standard 110V–120V / 60Hz alternating current. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is plugged into a properly grounded electrical outlet equipped with GFCI (ground-fault circuit interrupter) protection. Always inspect hoses, quick-connect brass couplings, and power cords before operating.

3. Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

Statements made on this website regarding deliberate cold water immersion have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). SHIVURR products are designed for general athletic recovery, physical relaxation, and personal wellness routines. 4. Warranty & Liability

SHIVURR provides a 1-Year Comprehensive Hardware Replacement Warranty covering internal compressor, heat exchanger, pump, and electrical safety switch defects. SHIVURR shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, failure to follow winterization instructions, or unlevel operation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
