Is a tub included?

No. Core is the chiller system — 1/3 HP chiller, pump, filter assembly, hoses, quick-connect fittings, US plug, and manual. It connects to tubs and containers with suitable water connections.

What are the specifications?

1/3 HP chiller. Model LG-CY300-PP (product label). 110V/60Hz, US plug included. Maximum water volume: 50–60 gallons, according to the product label.

Will the hose connections leak on my floor?

Connect the included hoses as shown in the manual, then check each connection before use.

How cold does the water get?

You set the target temperature on the digital control. Results depend on water volume, ambient temperature, and insulation. See the manual.

How much will my electricity bill increase?

The compressor runs only until the water reaches your set temperature, then cycles off. Usage depends on run time and conditions.

How do I keep the water clean?

The included filter catches hair and debris. Keep the tub covered between plunges and change the water regularly.

How does shipping work?

What is your warranty policy?
